Villages at Franklin Crossing

"The trash in our laundry hall way been like this for about a month !!! Maintenance does nothing around here I have a 6 month old baby and this is just nasty the whole place is nasty in frankin crossing don’t MOVE here what EVER you do !! me and my girl put in maintenance orders six months ago to fix the blinds to fix the sink shelf coming out of the wall…. And not to mention the air filters that they changed in my place over 6 months ago it’s time for a NEW one and we told them about it and they do NOTHING but sit behind a desk and act like there working !!!! Someone has to say it and I’ll be the fist one this place SUCKS maybe me putting a 1 star will have my trash taking out and the appliances in a place that are broken fixed !!! I call this LAZY can’t wait to get out of here"

"Moved out a regular unit into the HUD program that they offer. Febuary 2 ,2023 It’s now almost the end of May & I still haven’t received my security deposit back from them. Property manager is absolutely no help & extremely unprofessional , in trying to get me back my deposit … if anything I’m being led on for months with multiple different stories . I call , email & leave messages…& no one has the courtesy to ever get back to me … so I go in person to just get let down every single time , I have been told to call cooperate myself to pester them in regards to my security deposit… Which is not my responsibility, & even going to the extent of attempting to get a hold of them , I’m getting nowhere . Ohio state law has 30-45 days to give a resident back the security deposit , that they put down so quickly in order to move in , I want that same respect when I’m moving out… it has been well over 30-45 days & my patience & kindness is gone … I would not recommend anyone to live in this complex!!!"

"Not sure who's the nastiest the property or the managers running this place.. They can enter your apartment anytime without notice....For what? it's not like they fix anything....Or they look for any reason to put a eviction notice on your door. They try to evict me over $8 hahahahaha!.. They pick and choose what they deal with or who they deal with. The manager need to find a new job.. I have the main headquarters #. If I have problems that's who I call not the office..."

"My main complaint is how I was treated by the manager. She is very rude and unprofessional. I was offered an apartment that was in need of repair. The flooring was badly damaged and needed to be replaced, but they refused to do the repairs. This could be a nice property if they had better management."

"Maintenance will take 3-4 days for anything. Shower stopped working? 3 days. Completely unorganized business that will give you the run around. You will be trying to see your apartment to move in and they will say "sure drive down" and then not let you see it. The manager is a complete idiot. Also, the 650-700 dollar security deposit.. don't expect to get that back. They won't tell you why, answer your calls or even call you back when you try to contact them about it. We left our apartment perfectly clean with no damages and nothing back. I've never had any problem at any other apartment complex like I have them. They will require to come into your apartment 4 weeks out of the year to check for health reasons and fire safety. one week them checking.. second week the officials coming in. They woke me up endless times since I worked thirds at the time. Also, stink bugs have infested more than half their apartments and they are impossible to get rid of. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. Find somewhere else to live, I promise you, it can't be worse than here."
