"We've only been here a month now but, we love it. The office ladies Shelbie & Ashleigh are super nice, helpful & even when I ask stuff all the time they get back to me. Our building is a little noisy at times but, it's nice & the apartment it's self is super nice. The playground areas are kept clean & nothing is falling apart. The office ladies are putting together a cookout for everyone for labor day & I'm sure have other fun things planned. We really enjoy it here & are glad we found the opening when we did."
"Do not rent here unless you have literally no other choice. The apartments are livable UNLESS you need anything. The office is closed and locked, and they do not answer the phone or call you back. If you put in a maintenance request, it will be 4-5 business days before someone comes out to fix it. I once got an eviction notice (despite paying my bill, it was a mistake on their end) and called the office 8 times over the next 4 days (Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday) and finally on Tuesday got a call back. I asked why they hadn't answered, and she said she went on vacation, so the office was just empty for that entire week and no one could have reached her. Ashley is sweet, but bizarrely incompetent and also just doesn't care, and it shows."
