Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Medina

"Whatever the low reviews say about this place, receive with thoughtful consideration because my experience here has been wonderful. We paid 65 dollars which you can't beat for pricing. The room was clean and the service was even better. The man showed us to our room in order to assure it was clean. We were just a little nervous because it is a motel and we feel the notorious stigma attached to that. But the guy was overly gracious and professional. The room has a very nice TV, better than some Marriott hotels I've experienced. If you are expecting luxury, then sure, you may be disappointed, but that's your problem. This place is very nice and very professional. You get what you pay for without wasting that money.. There are tons of restaurants and places around it...no breakfast here, just coffee and bottled water if you ask. I'm a Marriott member if that means anything to you. And I was very happy with this place."

"I am so happy to write this review. We are in the process of moving to Europe and have had the very great pleasure of staying at Red Roof Inn Cleveland in Medina. The room we have been staying in for 5 weeks with our cat who stays free is so comfortable. Our king sized bed is not too soft and not too hard. Pillows are perfect, would like to have the same in my own home. Extreme amount of outlets so one is never having to look where to plug in a phone or computer etc. The decor is fresh and pleasant. The arrangement of the room really works well for getting paperwork done and lounging. Was very happy to have a bath tub and shower. Two large good quality mirrors. The room has wood like vinyl flooring and area carpets that makes for a very clean airy feeling. The staff keeps the rooms very fresh and clean. Definitely one of the best things about this motel is that it is very clean and updated. (The entire motels outside was carefully, and beautifully painted while we were here.) The Patel family who own and run this hotel are so warm and incredibly helpful. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose and we highly recommend. We feel very very lucky that we have been so well taken care of during a difficult transition time."
