"The green ash/ montville trails location was nice. Pretty quiet...mature community. Units seem more spacious than the sq listed...even enough space in my bedroom for my Edrum kit. The pantry in the kitchen is awesome. Maintenance guys are great. I only moved due to location, pleasant 15 months"

"We were offered a renewal and saw that our rent was raised 5%, not that surprised this is common occurrence when renting. Redwood sent a passive aggressive list of why it can be costly to move out, basically making a case that it is more expensive to move than pay more rent at our current place. I went on the Redwood website to see what the new rates were for my floor plan, currently there are 4 vacant apartments in my neighborhood, two apartments are going for the current rent I pay now. My husband went and spoke with someone and pointed this out, they offered us a transfer. How does that makes sense? Move across the street into an identical apartment so we can get the same offer as a new tenant? Gave our notice, I’m not going to give money to a company that banks on the hassle of moving in order to charge current tenets more rent than new tenants."
"Our AC unit went out and they took care of it very quickly, I get it that its summer but in NE Ohio we won’t exactly die without AC for a day or two. Above and beyond what most would do or expect from maintenance. Excellent service, quick, efficient and clear communication. These guys acted like it was their own family living there. We appreciate it very much."
