"This place is beautiful…I would live here…there’s a fountain in this like pond and at night it’s lit up…now that it’s really cold they don’t have it on probably because it freezes…and they’re pet friendly too"
"Lived here for 6.5 years and just recently moved because we decided to buy a house. It was a great place to live.. great atmosphere.. free flowers in the spring, pumpkins in the fall, would have community appreciation events for the residents, pool was a great place to be during the summer, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Maintenance team was always quick to respond any issues that came up. DeAnn in the office was amazing as well! Highly recommend Waterford Village."
"Best apartment I ever stayed at. They were always on top of maintenance, the snow was always taken care of and the pool was always so nice. We lived here about 4 Years ago and I forgot to do a review. Amazing place and worth every penny."
"Our apartment remodel was not going to be ready in time for our move in date because contractors canceled. The maintenance team at Waterford Village worked extra hours to finish the apartment in three days, we were able to move in on time and everything looks great! Really nice and quiet community. The units are relatively affordable based on the current renters market. They are a great value for all the amenities and location of the community."
"We moved to Waterford for the short term after selling our house. What a pleasant surprise all around! DeAnn made it a good experience from the start. Her knowledge, willingness to work with us and sincere, warm personality made the transition easy. Cooper and Matt not only hooked up our washer and dryer, but went above and beyond in friendliness and service! Always smiling and with a kind word, they both were always visible around the property- taking care of any problems quickly and efficiently! They even provided us with a small bucket of salt last winter (without us asking) because our sidewalk was on a slope. The apartments are well maintained inside and out, and it is a safe and quiet community. I highly recommend Waterford Village and it’s amazing staff!"
