"The sheets were rough and itchy feeling, bed pillows were cheap and flat as soon as I rested my head on it and the shower floor was filthy (refused to use it). If I hadn’t been so tired from traveling, I would’ve been restless all night. When we first arrived, we were almost turned away (at 3a) bc of a computer issue that prevented us from being checked in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The gentleman was friendly and our room seemed alright until we had to actually use it."
"Room was clean. Continental breakfast was horrible to include undercooked powdered eggs along with breakfast items that were not restocked. Cleaning staff was incredibly rude. Had a member of the cleaning staff see me waiting for the elevator, when it opened she got on and blocked the opening with her cart so I could not get on as well."
"This hotel service crew is absolutely terrible and not helpful at all. The GM never responds to emails or calls and when I finally got her on the phone, she talked over me and wouldn’t let me speak. They would not do anything to help me cancel my reservation and were extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. Very lazy. I highly advise you to look elsewhere when booking a hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could."
"We enjoyed our stay at Medina Fairfield. The staff was particularly nice and friendly, especially the young lady who works nights. We needed an extra pillow, some utensils and such and she was right on it! It's nice to see someone who cares about doing their job well. The room was a bit tight and had a weird layout, but it was clean and good enough. I thought it was a bit expensive (we used a lot of points to stay here). But we would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is good if you have a vehicle, but I wouldn't want to have to walk anywhere. It's about 5 minutes or so from downtown square of Medina. Go to Buehler's grocery store if you need anything - great supermarket."
"Hotel is very nice, clean and great location. Breakfast was very nice in comparison to other hotels. Rooms were quieter than average. The only downfall, for me, was the bed. It's like sleeping on concrete. If you love a firm bed... this is your place. If you hate a firm bed...look elsewhere."
