"Lived here 7 years and it’s not what it used to be. The apartments themselves are an excellent value (provided you don’t get the cat hoarding one that wasn’t properly cleaned), beautiful floor plans and lots of space. One bedroom has a spiral staircase, fireplace, loft area, 1.5 bathrooms and sliding glass doors to a private patio."
"Used to be a great place to live until old landlords got bought out by a new landlords who treating everything corporate and only giving it a facelift. I've lived at brookpoint for close to 10 years the air conditioner is horrible the windows leak and maintenance only halfway fixes things. For as much as rent is I expect a lot more $810..+. The air conditioning unit barely reaches upstairs your electric bill will be so high in the summertime. Working on moving out can't wait to leave. New maintenance does not get on it in a timely fashion like old maintenance did. they want high rent for just a small face lift if that they don't fix necessary things. They plastered rotting wood instead of replacing it with a new one. Air conditioners don't work. Windows leak and doors. They left a huge hole in my walk when they fixed my tub faucet. I have all the pictures. These are borderline slumlords"
"I lived here for about a year and a half from 2013-14. The owners are nice people, and always on top of maintenance issues. The apartments are clean and everything is well kept."
"I have absolutely loved living here! My wife and I don't enjoy the spiral staircase in the 1 bedroom units so we will soon be moving into a 2 bedroom unit at Brookpoint :) Our neighbor is super nice and very quiet at bedtime. Management is amazing here! Don and Liz are super understanding and are truly awesome people! SUPER SUPER pet friendly!!!"
