"Hello, This place can be great but it’s also can be dirty. The office lady can be rude to kids sometimes and people speed through here and do not pay attention! The walls in here are nasty especially the buildings and it can stink in most of the building and they do not allow you have to have pets would not recommend this place to live….. Coming from a teenager………"

"It's an good apartment not gonna lie. But there are problems like all the other apartments. The inside of the buildings are nasty. And ppl don't know how to drive. Ppl speed all the time and they don't care the seed limit is 5 not 10. Kids don't care about the property can't have nice things. But overall it's a good apartment. Some problems that they can fix."

"In then 12 years I have lived here, I could not ask for a better management company/ landlord. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is performed quickly and properly!!! Management and the staff are very friendly and professional as well as friendly. Not to mention VERY LGBTQ+ Accepting and friendly!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"Here is a honest and recent experience with this property. On 4/20/2022 I called and asked was 2 BR apartment available, because it was shown on the site and was told it was. The leasing agent name Angie stated their is a $45 application fee for each applicant over the age of 18 and that I would need to move quickly because their in high demand. I completed my application and was told my husband still needed to do he’s and that I need to submit additional documents. I set up a time and visited the property and toured the suite and told the agent I would not only submit my husbands application which was another $45 ( which I did) but I would also submit the additional requested documents needed. The agent Angie told us because it was after 2pm on Friday we wouldn’t get an answer until that Monday on a decision. Not even 3 hrs later I received a call from her saying my application was denied because of my credit which was a LIE! I receive alerts like most people when my credit is being checked, I also didn’t fully complete the application process with turning in all my documents, so how can a decision be made of my documents were not submitted? So that’s $90 we were out of without even fairly giving the opportunity of fully completing the application process. I feel We was racially discriminated and DO NOT recommend anyone apply to this property. Especially if you’re a young minority. Your company should treat every applicant fairly, when applying."
