"There are new owners and nothing is updated my stove and refrigerator are very old the toilet is also outdated, the pot smokers and cigarette smoke is horrible , very noisy neighbors , grass only gets cut every2 weeks , the dog park is a swamp and trash overflows, they raised the rent quite a bit since my daughter moved in , and there are so many apartment that are better and also ipdated"
"Only one apartment is updated.Trash is over flowing out of the dumpsters (often)and fined by the City . No landscaping unless you do it on your own. Grass not cut very often. Homeless lady living in laundry/storage room. One tenant fights with girlfriend and cops are called, she's not on the lease only him, been happening for years. No amenities, no updates. Everybody pays a different amount for rent . No snow removal from sidewalks or parking lot. I think it's a good location and I like most of my neighbors but some apartments are being rented short term (weekly,monthly) from what I've heard. For the price, I was hoping for better, was told updates are coming but haven't seen it."
"I used to live at the Mentor Square apartments with my daughter The staff there is so nice and professional. The apartment was great no issies ever. It is truly a great place to live especially If you have Children, very safe and Family friendly place. The only reason I moved is because of my job otherwise I would be staying there forever. "Lived here for 3 years and loved it! The community and landlords are great. Things are always done on time and the rent is pretty affordable for the convenient location. I think this apartment complex is perfect for post grad and grad students. No complaints here."
"It is very filthy, the landlord never wants to fix anything, it takes forever to get any kind of maintenance done, there is not a lot of hot water so your showers are 2–3 minutes long. Not enough washer and dryers for as many residence they have, a lot of drug activity and crime happening right in front of you as your walking to your car! Wouldn't recommend this place especially with kids."
