"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. The room itself was outdated, with gloomy lighting and an old TV. The air conditioning was noisy, constantly turning on and struggling with temperature settings. The fridge added to the cacophony. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of power sockets. However, the room service left much to be desired. Cleaning was inconsistent, and despite my request for a thorough cleaning after a week-long stay, it was ignored. The customer service at the reception was inconsistent, ranging from friendly smiles to what felt like anger and impatience. It seems some staff members are less enthusiastic about their roles. The breakfast offered was hit or miss, varying from decent to a packaged pie. Laundry services were inconvenient, requiring coins, and the reception wouldn't charge it to the room. You also needed to purchase your own detergent from the reception. The gym, while small, had decent options, but the single, old, and slow lift was inconvenient. On the positive side, parking was ample. Overall, the disappointing customer service overshadowed the few positive aspects of my stay."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Typical Residence Inn located in a convenient part of town. Room was adequate, but this location is showing some age. Bedding and most surfaces were clean, but a few obvious spots that haven't been dusted in months."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel. We stayed for a weekend for a wedding and it had everything we needed. The reason for the lower rating was because of the cleanliness of our room. Microwave was very dirty on the inside, there was splatters of some brown substance on the wall, lots of dust everywhere. Our room also did not have a lock box for some reason. Not enough for us to complain to management about but I hope their cleanliness standards increase for others."

"Excellent Customer Service! Alicia was top notch, probably one of the best Marriott individuals I've had when staying at Marriott Hotels, and I have stayed at a lot of Marriott Hotels across the country. Alicia, Michael and the team were all extremely friendly, very engaging, super nice when we arrived and when we departed. The staff worked with us in providing the very best stay possible. Nice clean rooms, heaters kept the rooms very comfortable. This is an excellent location, easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast at this location was always hot and fresh and the pantry was always fully stacked. Highly recommend this hotel, definitely returning."
