"I’ve called many times and left several messages simply looking for current availability, but they won’t answer or return any of my calls. Even if they didn’t have availability (website says they do) they should still be answering/returning phone calls. Being ignored is infuriating when you’re desperately trying to find a place to live. This tells me the management is lazy and terrible with customer service, so I’m probably dodging a bullet here. I hope they don’t treat their residents like they don’t matter…"
"Worst experience ever had as a renter. Cat fur, grease, old food and filth left from previous tenants. Owner/ property manager refused to paint. Stickers and stains on walls. Broken cubboards & appliances, missing shelves, leaking fawcett ect. Maintenance person has other full time job."
"I have been living here since March 2018. My son and I love it here. Great apartment, I have the 2 bdrm with den. Open floor plan. Shirley the leasing agent is the best. Things need to get fixed, it gets taken care of right away. Landscaping is always meticulous. Only complaint is I wish the hallways would get cleaned on a regular basis. I have cleaned my section myself. Overall I give it 5 stars."
