"Under the new management as of 2024, I'd like to say my experience after living here for 6 years has greatly improved. The management is attentive and quick to respond to messages concerning any problems you may have. Very neighborly and safe area with little that goes on. While a tad on the pricy side(as if that's avoidable these days), it's certainly worthwhile to move here."
"Jacqueline lied and said she ran my credit and background. I get emails when both happing. I never got nothing. They say they have open apartments coming soon but what I think they are doing is saying that and then keeping the money. My credit and background is good. I asked her what I needed my credit to be she don't know. I asked which condo is opening she don't know. They are keeping people money. No apartments are opening up there. Don't play there game you will lose."
"I have had such a bad experience & I don't even live there. Huge red flag. I went a couple months ago and had a tour with Jacqueline. Everything went great. She told me I was the first on the list for openings in July & said she would reach out beginning of May. I called beginning of April just to verify that everything was still good. No answer. Left a voicemail. I never heard back so about a week or so later, I called the main office & left a voicemail. Never heard back. About a week later I emailed Jacqueline. Never heard back. Beginning of May I called Jacqueline & left a voicemail. Never heard back. It's now the end of May & NO one has contacted me. If this is the type of communication there is BEFORE moving in, I can't imagine what it would be like if I was actually living there. SUPER unprofessional and a total turn off to the place. Don't even waste your time."
