"Building is like a Holiday Inn Expess, so good first impression. But no coffee in the breakfast room the 5 days we stayed. Good enough breakfast on the weekend, but Mon-Thur just cold hardboiled eggs, no hot food. Couches in room sink in. Housekeeping did fine the 1 time they came by. The card key didn't work the 2nd day. They sent someone to recharge the locks. I might have overlooked a lot, but in 5 days, they could have found a way to get coffee service to their cafeteria and couldn't, wouldn't do it."

"UPDATED 12/8: After interacting with front desk clerk Gary i had to change my review. i’ve never met a more insufferable man. literally chased me in a completely empty parking lot in the middle of the night, yelled at me and cursed me, and threatened to kick me out of the hotel because i was walking around on the phone while smoking. i understand i was not in the designated smoking area but dear lord, i apologized and said i would throw it out. i’ve never been spoken to like that in my entire adult life and i’ll make sure to avoid this place like the plague. i understand i initially missed information about the pool being closed and admit that’s my fault, but the experience with Gary made me paranoid and uneasy the rest of the night as he asked for my name and room number after being so aggressive. as a single female traveler i put both extra locks on the door. PLEASE PLEASE be careful girls. WATCH OUT FOR HIM. 12/7-i was going to give this hotel a very low rating initially because i booked a room here for the indoor pool and i was very disappointed to see it completely gone , not closed for a day, nonexistent. filled with concrete gone. however, after speaking with the woman at the front desk Moneca, my mood and feelings about this place did a 180! She was so kind and accommodating! Went out of her way more than once to make sure i was happy and did more for me than asked! I wish she could be the manager of every hotel I stay at for the rest of my life!"

"We had a large group of about 20. We had all pre paid for the Thanksgiving buffet. When we walked in, it looked beautifully decorated. I had high hopes since it cost $45.00 per person. We got there at 1 o'clock most of the food was cold. Nothing was marked as to what it was. Everyone was searching for plates to get their food. Instead of having them on every table, they were located by the carving station that you couldn't get to because of the line of people waiting for fresh carved meats. Coffee and water were included. Soft drinks and cocktails were not. It was $2.00 a piece for soft drinks. It was advertised as a cash bar. After ordering all my drinks and they were made , I was told it was charge card only. I had to go back to my table and get a card. It was not a problem to pay with a card, but it was advertised as a cash bar. The bartenders were not familiar with the charge card system, so that slowed the line up quite a bit. Lastly, our 85- year- old mother was home and not feeling well. She had already prepaid. We asked if we could take her a box of food, and we were told no. I am very disappointed that such a large corporation that is in the hospitality industry was so callous. It's not very hospitable at all to take money from an 85-year-old woman. I hope the $ 45.00 was worth it for them to lose all our business in the future."

"There is so much wrong with this hotel. First I booked a handicap room with a roll-on shower. They gave me a tub room. Then they didn't like it when we told them that is not what we booked. They put us in a room with a shower, no bath chair, no hand rails, not handicap. Everyone time my husband walked past the bed he hit his head on the TV hanging on the wall. He is not a tall person at 5:5". The TV didn't work when we first got there. The head of the bed is a good 2" lower than the foot. The light on the vanity was so bright it could land airplanes. No closet doors, the refrigerator opens the wrong way so you can't get into it without puking it out. Only one electric plug in lamp by bed. No where to plug anything else in. There was a second tv, no remote, no way to turn on. Breakfast the next morning was not edible. The homemade bread was so sweet and must have been made with leftover granola. We ask for room service, clean towels. Did not receive room service or towels. When we went to the desk to ask for towels they didn't have any available. They would have to go get from laundry, if there were any??. The nicest person was the young woman who came to fix tv, she at least tried. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy. The room smells musty!! It was Monday evening when we checked in and the front desk complained that they had 3 weddings over the weekend and were busy, so not all the rooms were cleaned. The toilet/ shower room is a joke. To use the bathroom you must stand next to the toilet to close the door, then shuffle past the handle to get in front of the toilet. Then you can use the shower or toilet. Nothing to hold on to in the shower and the soap dish is about 6 feet off the floor. Way over your head. You need to be a skinny giant to use the bathroom."

"We hosted a wedding and pretty much had the entire hotel. Gina made all the guests feel welcome and took care of us the entire weekend. The breakfast was great and while all the rooms are not updated just yet, they were clean. Great location and the patio is a nice bonus. Marty was awesome to work with and made my daughter’s wedding so special. The amount of food they serve and the presentation is amazing. The food is superb. It was a weekend to remember for our family and friends. Thank you."
