"I truly feel that the 1 star is being generous with this apartment complex. This was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment had soooo many bugs. I literally called the front desk everyday complaining about this. They always said they had an exterminator coming out, they never showed up. You can’t control the heat and they won’t turn it in till according to them by law they had too. I literally had a brand new baby and to just have heat in my apartment I had to open the oven and use that. Then they would send out notices stating if tenants were caught doing this they would be fined due to increase usage, but still refused to turn on the heat. The shower water heat only last about 10 mins and they stated it was due to high demand and peak times for usage. I literally broke my lease to move out, because nothing was happening, I stayed here a total of 3 months. The pool was never available for use. I argued with the front desk staff on sooo many occasions due to their lack of customer service. They talk to you anyway they felt. Refused to add my fiancé to the lease but told me I couldn’t have overnight guest more then a week. I truly feel that if your looking for somewhere to reside, this place should be your last resort."

"Recently and still currently on a hunt for a two bedroom apartment. I came here to put in a pre-application. I waited patiently as the manager Cathy assisted a new tenant in moving into his new apartment soon . Once it was my turn I enjoyed her personality and candidness . She told me it was a long wait on an available 2 bedroom apartment . But she assisted me well giving me resources to help as needed. We chatted and I enjoyed talking to her. I submitted my pre application and wouldn’t mind staying here if opportunity arises after being assisted so well!"

"This place is great to leave! If your kid can make some friends around here your electricity bill might be cut in half! It is a great place to live the apartments are nice and built for families and 18 year old's who got kicked out there house .(lol) My son cyncere made friends and in the summer he would go outside the second it hits 3pm!"
