Riverside House Apartments

"I used to live here and had confirmation of a package being delivered to my old address. I called and spoke with the manager Melissa, who informed me she would let me know when the package arrived (I know it did, I have confirmation). I never heard back. After calling, and calling, and calling, and leaving several messages, no one ever answered or returned my calls. I’m assuming they kept the package too. I wouldn’t trust getting mail/ packages here let alone keeping all of my personal belongings in an apartment with such shady management."

"Hello! I recently moved into Riverside, so it might be too early for 5 stars but what I have learned is that there is a new owner and things are constantly improving and getting better. To me, everything seemed nice, both property managers are nice and kind people. I will revise this review in 1 year! Hopefully, it won't change."

"Mangment is rude! I understand with limited parking, they must secure space for tenants. However, I have been repeatedly harassed for dropping off and picking up my son, while still in the car. I was spoken to with such disrespect. I tried to explain that my son lived there and I was only waiting for him to step outside. This Manager refused to listen. He threaten to call the police and have me towed. My son came outside with in 5 minutes. He continued yelling and threatening me even while I was driving away. Once I was unloading groceries and he came out screaming at me to move my car immediately. There is no reasoning with this bully. Avoid this appartment, they're not visitor friendly."

"Been here almost a year and I have nothing but positives to share about this property. Great price and walking distance to everything in Downtown Willoughby. The managers George and Mickey are prompt to answer questions and to take care of any issues. Plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. Highly recommended for young professionals looking to relocate to the Willoughby area."

"Great location and price. However, you have to deal with the terrible property managers. They are not only rude to their tenants, but also their guests. I had the male approach my elderly grandfather yelling and asking who he was because he parked in the back lot for 5 minutes to pick up my son. And don't even think about calling and asking for maintenance (aka the male property manager) to repair something (even though it is their job). They are rude when answering the phone and even worse when they come to "complete the repair" if you can even call it that. I have been here almost 2 years and have only had to call 2 times, yet was treated as if I was an idiot. I even tried to complete the repairs myself to avoid having to call them. Unfortunately, the one required a new dishwasher and yet I was treated as if it was my fault the 15+ year old dishwasher they installed had electrical issues. I will never recommend this place to anyone because I would not want them to deal with rude property managers. My RA's in college were friendlier than the under qualified couple they have running this apartment complex."
