"Spacious apartments and quiet surroundings. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and at a prime location in Willoughby, look no further. Management is very supportive of your needs, maintenance is done on time. If I could, I would take half star off for a bit of a hassle in the initial process of the lease with Money orders/cashier's checks involved. Also, there is no fitness center. That is me being nitpicky. Overall, Stone Pointe is a great apartment community."
"Charlotte is rude and doesn't seem to want to make money on apartments. Tried to schedule a tour and was told no tours could be made and that I had to do everything online. What happened to good customer service."
"I just moved out after 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say. All staff, from front office to maintenance to cleaning, are kind, efficient and available. The units themselves are large and the extra storage closet is an added bonus. I lived on the ground floor and rarely heard noises from neighbors. If I did, it was nothing out of the ordinary/unexpected. And while rent did increase over my 3 year stay, it was never a substantial amount (in my opinion/based on the horror stories you hear about other places). The location is great and road noise is shockingly low considering the proximity to multiple medical centers, highway accesses, police and fire stations - and my unit was street facing! All in all, had I not been able to purchase a house closer to family, I would still be renting here."
