"My sister and I have lived here for a year and we love it! It was both our first apartment and for the price we feel like it is very reasonable and Earlene (the property manager) is so kind and explains everything thoughtfully. The maintenance guy Chuck is truly so kind and helpful as well, and has fixed any small things that my sister and I have been unfamiliar with. (Like a sink clog.) It is quiet and I feel very safe. We are within walking distance to a hospital, plenty of food and shopping, the police/fire department and the YMCA. It’s really nice to have so much available. It’s also easy access to route 6 which is where I go frequently, and it’s right down the road from downtown Willoughby, as well an easy drive to Mentor. I have an emotional support dog and he has been able to live here with me as well with no problems. The only thing that might be troublesome is the laundry is pricey and our unit I don’t think has hookups or a place for a dishwasher. For us, this has been ok, as we don’t use a ton of dishes and I prefer hand washing. The pros outweigh the cons. We don’t have to pay extra for parking, trash, heat and water, for example! I would live here for awhile before getting my first house. I recommend!"
