"I like lived there back in the late 70's early 80's. My rent then was $230.00 a month. Hilltop managed the complex. They did a decent job with maintenance."
"Love living here. Management is really nice, it's not their fault the rent is going up so much. It does feel like you are trying to push us seniors out! I hope it is not so. I'll stay as long as I am able to!"
"Lived here for almost three years and it was fine! Maintenance was definitely great while I was there. Always super helpful. Didn’t have much need for the front office, but Wendy was quick to respond to questions when I had them. The apartment itself was very nice, and the location of the complex is great."
"Mold grows on any and EVERYTHING! The garages are terrible! Hallways smell! Someone was killed in apartment and they tried to keep a secret. Wendy the office manager is rude for no reason. If your Black good luck! They will kick you out. (And as you can see how unprofessional their comment is, the photos prove everything and I’m not the first to say anything about mold or how terrible this apartment is! I literally had to wipe the bathroom everyday with bleach)"
"Don’t waste your money! I lived here for 5 months and had these air purifiers for 4 months. I was never told the buildings were smoking and had absolutely no ventilation. I called after a few months regarding how bad my apartment smelled and I was told that it was my fault for having my windows open. I spent over 600 dollars on air purifiers and deodorizers trying to help with the smell. I ended up breaking my lease early and losing $1400. I had to throw out my mattress and all of the bedding, throw pillows/blankets and I still have to figure out what I’m going to do with my new couch that I bought. Would not recommend spending $930 a month for a one bedroom apartment."
