"I have lived here for the last six months and it’s absolutely amazing. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. Maintenance is easy! You put in a request and they make sure it’s taken care of. Everything is clean, it’s quiet. Parking is easy; we never run out of spots. Lastly, the front desk is always kind whenever you call, shoutout to Jeremy!"

"Speaking for my daughter and myself, we love our place. I don't consider our ranch an apartment, it is more of a home. On our tour, I thought I only had eyes for the Fairway Apartments. But then, Joe decided to show me the ranch. The minute I walked in I felt like I was home. And was embraced with the warmth of a hug. That's all it took. It is quiet and so peaceful here. Whenever there's an issue, it is quickly resolved. Thank you."

"We moved-in last July into a two bedroom updated unit. The layout we wanted wasn’t available based on our move in times, but we’re happy with the layout we ended up going with still! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our neighbors are all very nice. The grounds are clean with lots of pretty trees. Nice long street for walks and our garbage area stays pretty clean. Seems to be a mix of ages that live here, ranging from young/middle age to elderly. We always feel safe here and love that we’re not a far drive from stores in various areas. Maintence comes pretty fast and the office always follows up to make sure it was fixed properly. I like the community app they offer. Makes paying rent, maintence, and connecting with others who live here easy. We’re very happy with our choice and will likely stay awhile."

"I've lived at at Tamarac for about 4 months so far and I'm loving it! The staff has been very kind and prompt and this is the only apartment that I've lived that calls after each maintenance request to make sure everything was done correctly. My actual unit is great. I got a redone unit and I think it's worth the money for the upgrades plus I also have vaulted ceilings. The app is great and makes it easy to bond with the community. I love walking around the grounds and there are always people out walking their dogs so it makes me feel safe. I hope everything continues to be the way it has thus far because I'm really enjoying living here!"

"Edit: We have now lived here for almost a year and we still really enjoy it here. It’s a really nice walkable community with plenty of friendly people walking their dogs out all the time. I’m a mid 20s woman and I feel safe enough to walk outside alone at night which is very rare nowadays. The maintenance are always VERY fast to fix any issues that might come up like a leaked AC unit or clogged kitchen drain. Where we used to live in Eastlake the maintenance was almost non existent so the maintenance response here is very much appreciated by us. It’s usually pretty quiet here which is great as well and the Henri app is really nice to pay rent easily. I’d definitely recommend it here and we look forward to renewing our lease. Original 9 months ago: The staff up front are very nice and helpful especially Joseph. He was very helpful when we had a lot of questions about moving in. It’s very quiet here compared to where we used to live. We love the layout of the apartment and the fact that we can have our own washer and dryer in our apartment. The app they use is really cool as well how you can request a play date for your animals and stay up to date on posts from your neighbors like if a package got delivered somewhere else you can easily find it."
