"This place is amazing and so far I have had an enjoyable experience renting at Trenton Place. The location is convenient being so close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and businesses without the noisiness of being so close to everything. The complex is situated in a quiet alcove away from Euclid Ave and it feels like I’m living in a beautiful residential park. You can tell the property managers care about their property very much and care that each resident make it into their “haven” creating an atmosphere that makes renters like me want to stay for a long time. Jamie, was incredibly helpful and communicated with me through the entire move in process. She is incredibly sweet and respectful. I had terrible experiences with other rental properties, but Jamie and the maintenance went above and beyond prepping my apartment for me. This is when I realized that they care. If you care, they care. I hope my experiences here continues to be a positive one and so far this place has been a blessing!"

"This is honestly a really good place to be. It's safe, it's clean, it's quiet. Maintenance is diligent and kind, as is the owner. The only thing that really bothers me is the frequency of the pool being closed on sunny, 70°+ days. I try to get some exercise and relaxation when its possible in between job shifts and the pool is one of the few places I can go without having to walk a long distance, so it's really disappointing when I show up on days I know it should be open and the gate is locked."
