"Such a seemeless process! Kineda, the leasing agent, connected with me right away and was available for every question and every comment I had. I expressed my interests on what I wanted and she met my expectations. The first apt I saw, I lost, because I waited to long, but the apt I moved in was worth me missing out! My unit is an end unit and very quiet which is exactly what I wanted. The parking lot is open and easily accessible and we have a locked front door which makes me feel a little safer since not anyone can just walk in. I am glad I took a chance on apartment living. The area is also within walking distance of several big name stores(literally out the back door) as well as all major fast food restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations!"
"Can’t get a call back regarding the roaches and us leaving a month early. Hopefully this will get their attention. Ever since Lily passed away and AIY took over this place went downhill fast. Stay away."
"They never answer their calls or voicemails. If you choose to stay here you are basically trapped, they’re never in their office and you can’t get ahold of them. Stay far away if you don’t want your credit score to be damaged from trying to get out of here."
"I eat mice for breakfast I give five star review. Hallway smell reminds me of strong mother Russia. No nuclear plant disaster within thousand mile five star."
"I called as I was interested in getting a place but the way the lady answered the phone it sounded like I called the wrong place. So I asked if I was calling the correct number and the woman snapped "what do you want? What do you need?" Instead of varifying. I'm kinda glad they don't have any availability as that was completely rude and if they are that rude to possible tenants I can only imagine how they treat current ones."
