"I live here just don’t move in. Only one elevator works at all times and the washers and dryers are always busted. Really thinking about holding my rent until the washer and dryer issue is fixed"

"Really bad experience overall tried my best to just ignore everything. Hallways dirty sometimes and in lobby, always smells like weed. Washers and dryers break often as well as the elevators. Also didn’t get my $500 security deposit back after cleaning the apartment and left watch out people."

"First I'd like to say I do not nor have I ever lived here. However, I did consulting here and spoke to a lovely woman over the phone who almost sold me on the place, so I decided to drive by and take a look at the outside. It was really disappointing and looked awful. The letters on the building have fallen off and were laying on the ground. Ow hard is to put those back on? Also, how often does the landscaper have to mow around it? Plus thea dacaping looked terrible and is not upkept. Several of the bottom floor tenants had bags of trash and trash littering their patio. If they can't bother to clean up the outside I can only imagine what the inside looks like. It is a real shame because little clean could go a very long way. It was very discouraging and helped me make up my mind about what it would look like on the inside."

"The apartment looks great online but after calling and trying to see the property I am turned off at the leasing office customer service. I Felt like they were very dismissive on the phone but I just took it as maybe they're busy so after going inside and was basically pushed away I am definitely not going to rent any apartment no matter how great it may be because of the leasing office customer service skills I don't recommend. They are not welcoming. And didn't even want to give details."

"Me and my family stayed here for a few years and we only did that because it was not super expensive but every time we try to ask to be moved to a three-bedroom for more space they denied us because they said that they didn't have any available when I had friends that just moved in to a three-bedroom after we asked to be moved to a three from a two bedroom. We had issues with bugs coming into the apartment after we asked to have someone come and take care of them they also did not keep up with the trash or yard where we were living. We asked them to fix the dishwasher multiple times and they didn't put in a new dishwasher until a few days before we were moving out. They had pipes that leaked down into our apartment and caused mold where we had to throw out and replace a lot of food and dishes the garbage disposal kept backing up and they would not fix it the carpet they would not clean it after the mold we had to take care of that ourselves there were some holes in the wall when we moved in the place was garbage it looked nice when we went to take a look at it but when it came to move in day it was destroyed. Now they're trying to sue us and blame us for their mistakes do not move here."
