"The dog poop situation is way out of control. I let management know and they ignored it. Not one person picks up their dog poop and you can't walk outside without finding dog poop every where. The hallway is always dirty, and the pics on the post to rent are nothing like the apartment. I don't know if I will be renewing my lease since they don't seem to be able to do nothing about it."

"I moved in August 2019 and left March 2023 in that time, I've had the worst experience of my life. The first unit I live in. Had a busted drain line that flooded all the time right next to my door, so every time I left my apartment, im walking through sewage with my dog. My sink backed up well over 20+ times. Then, the property was sold. It took new owners forever to move me out to another unit 6+ months. Didn't even try to help me financially, forced me to pay a full deposit, and upcharged me for a newer unit. I was in 2 bedroom, had to down size cause I couldn't afford their stupid price for a new renovated 2 bedroom, is poorly done, sad to say. My new unit had all busted windows couldn't even open them, or they would fall out of frame. No effort at all to fix them. The drafts were unbearable it got so cold I had to blast the heat all night to stay warm. Then my bathroom started leaking from the unit above, and my ceiling started to crumble and fall, making a big hole. They ended up renovating the whole unit above me, moving someone in, and completely ignoring my situation. This is not a place u want to live. Trash is always all over the place in the halls, everywhere outside. These people should never have the right to take care of others. In the end they just want your money. Save yourself the time and move on. I have wasted so much money thinking this was the right place to live."

"I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so because of how good my experience has been and I was initially worried because of the reviews. I moved in a few weeks ago and love my apartment. It’s really nice and updated. My apartment is nicer then any apartments I ever stayed at especially for the price. I have lived in 4 different apartments on Ohio/New York the last 5 years because I travel for job. I’m so happy my job is keeping me in Ohio for at least 4 more years and I get to stay in this apartment. Highly recommend living here and from what I noticed is they have been constantly trying to update and improve the property. When I first came to look at apartments one of the owners was even here buying cool art for the hallways and he was very helpful. He showed me around the building when I was waiting for my appointment with the office. He showed the play ground and the storage area because I had my son and asked about bike storage. Gary the manager for Management office is great and is always around the property helping out and even changed my refrigerator out himself. When I moved in a few minor things needed fix and the maintenance guy was quick and worked around my scheduled and cleaned up after which never happens when I lived at any other apartments"
