"I've lived at Clearbrooke Apartments for 2 years now and absolutely **LOVE IT HERE**! The property is so well-kept and modern. The office staff and maintenance staff are superb! Its quiet and safe. I can't hear any noise through the walls. People here are nice and keep to themselves. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless! I've never moved into such a clean place. Even my garage was spotless! The common hallways and laundry room are cleaned once a week and smell nice and fresh (not medicinal or like cigarette smoke). Walking into any building, you will immediately notice the upkeep. Nice carpeting, no smelly smells, banisters and carpeting clean, hall walls painted nicely and bright white apartment doors. My 2 bedroom is a nice size and there's a lot of closet space. The upkeep of landscaping here is impressive. The complex grounds are well-maintained; every week a lawn service comes out. The grass always looks impecable (no weeds). Flower pots, flower beds and bushes/hedges are maintained beautifully. The fenced-in pool area is so nice--loungers, patio tables, a grill nearby, and a spacious bathroom right near the pool. It feels so private and relaxing on a hot summer day. Love it!!! Anytime I've had to place a service request (nothing major), it was handled quickly! Thank you! Maintenance even came around yesterday to change the furnace filters in my building. The staff truly cares about the property. I like the fact that our mail is delivered to a secure mail room attached to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is beautiful and includes a work-out gym. So nice to have access to this perk! In the winter, plows are out at the crack of dawn to clean the lots and our walkways are cleaned. It's been a positive experience for me here at Clearbrooke, and the location is perfect--right near so many stores/restaurants and I-71!!! So happy to call Clearbrooke my home. "I have been a Resident here in Brunswick almost 3 years now! I Absolutely Love this place! The staff, maintenance, and all Management are the Best! They are Very Well equipped, (24/7) to attend to your needs and do so in a timely manner! I Love my apartment, they were very accommodating when I needed to move in before Christmas and Just the Best Ever! If your Looking for a Great place to reside, This is It!"

"I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that Clearbrooke Apartments needed one. I moved here in September of 2021, and from the very beginning, their customer service with me was friendly, personable, and the response time was lightning fast. The entire time I was living there, the staff was always extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Every single staff member I spoke to at the leasing office is super helpful, and they all deserve praise for how well they do their jobs. The apartment unit I moved into was squeaky clean, not a single cobweb on the walls, not a single crumb on the ground. I almost felt guilty for just walking on it. For Christmas, the leasing office held a contest, where the best holiday decorated patio/balcony would win a bit of money off their next month's rent, and to me, that is what solidified my opinion about how great this place is. Community involvement is not something you see a lot of at apartment complexes do, so Clearbrooke Apartments is definitely doing it right. I always had a place to park, the neighbors were never too loud, and residents here are very friendly. The location of Clearbrooke Apartments is PRIME to me. I love food, so having 20+ restaurants that are walking distance from my apartment made me so happy. It's also right off the highway, so driving to work was quick. Overall, Clearbrooke Apartments deserves 5 stars in my opinion. I will be recommending it to friends and family who need a place to live.
