"Even through i was woken up Saturday morning at 3:00 am by the alarm going off. The maintenance man was very nice in explaining why this was the 2nd time this year the alarm went off the 1st time the battery needed replacing. This time the alarm in the kitchen went off and found out one of the wire's was not connected. He replaced the alarm and stayed awhile to make sure it did not go off again"
