Cross Creek Apartments

"Worst experience ever. The walls are extremely thin. You’re better off living in a cardboard box with the amount of noise you hear from your neighbors. Multiple complaints have been made to management and management has done absolutely nothing to try and resolve any issues. Also want to add- they take forever to plow the complex after a snow storm (good luck trying to get to work), police visits from other tennants, the list is endless. Also, the amount of roaches I have seen around the complex is alarming! STAY FAR AWAY! I find it extremely hard to believe there are so many good reviews of this dumpster fire. There are much better complexes than this one. Take my advice and don’t sign the contract!!!"

"Paper thin walls weren't an issue in my nice quiet building...until some dude with a pitbull moved into the building. I assume he is claiming it is an "emotional support animal" to easily circumvent the no dogs policy. Shame, the landlord won't (or can't) do anything. Time to move since nothing will be done and the dog is extremely loud and disruptive 24/7. Not to mention the guy stomps around and slams doors and yells all night. Essentially the worst neighbor you could want. Stay away from building 1350, you'll thank me later."

"I have lived at Cross Creek since 2009. My experience has been nothing but good no great. The staff Dana,Barbara and Damien (maintenance) has been a joy to know and talk to. For me they are the best team I have known. Also, living here has made me feel safe. Cross Creek is a great place to call home."

"My girlfriend and I lived at Cross Creek Apartments for the last 2 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at Cross Creek. The people are friendly, the apartments are great and you get a good deal for your money. The maintenance team is phenomenal, every issue we had with our unit was handled within 24 hours and if it was an emergency, it was taken care of the same day. The property manager works her tail off to provide the best experience. We will always remember our time at Cross Creek!"
