The Villas of Fox Hollow

"We moved into the villas for a year in-between our homes. The leasing office was always so kind and welcoming. The maintenance team was very responsive and friendly. Our family enjoyed living here and the units were beautiful."

"My husband and I moved from Louisiana to Villas of Fox Hollow on December 8, 2016. We leased the apartment via phone call with Shanon. She was excellent in every way, making us feel at home in Ohio. My husband and I continue to enjoy living at the Villas of Fox Hollow. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. We are so happy we chose the Villas of Fox Hollow. I would rate the staff and the apartments as an A+."

"I lived in a first floor apartment for two years. Pros: nice looking modern apt. Excellent maintenance staff. I loved the gas fireplace n attached garage. Pretty, well kept grounds. Good snow removal. I felt safe living there. Cons: VERY, VERY noisy apt. Little or no sound barrier vertically between floors. I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors did. They had a young golden retriever who barked aggressively all day long at walkers. He ran thru the apt n for me it felt like I was living under a bowling alley. Communication did not resolve anything. Lots of dogs here. Lots of barking. Also the HVAC system in the apt was very loud waking me up. I wore ear plugs while sleeping from day one. Parking was difficult due to short driveways, small garages, n very little overflow parking areas or street parking."

"It is wonderful to find a safe, comfortable place where large breed dogs are welcomed, loved and appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our dogs when we first moved here from California. 18 months later, we are still very happy with the maintenance men and the Fox Hollow experience:)"

"I have lived here for two years and am renewing my lease for another year. The apartments feel more like condos because they have an attached garage. The repairman (Kevin) is always so kind and he works harder than any maintenance member I’ve had at other complexes. The management (Shannon) made moving in so easy. If I ever need anything she is very responsive to emails and calls. The landscaping is always clean and beautiful and they just replaced the roads in the complex. I love living here and look forward to living here for another year!"
