"Terrible, they need new workers or to add more people to help with clients. Even the worker at Cares in the Neighborhood building said they never answer their phones. I overheard the supervisor Rhonda complaining at the HUD office because someone called and left 3 voicemails, which if they took more time to help the families instead of the landlords, they wouldn't have that problem."
