"The rats and roaches will run you out of the place if they don't well probably the fact that they will not take care of any problems that may arise. I literally had to use my emergency heat all winter one year pd $900 electric bills then the following year I thought they were going to try that again but maintenance finally got it to run, not fixed by any means but it heated the place. I had problems with my hot water heater also for a few years before finally it was replaced. Point being they're not a very tenant friendly business. Sad. Anyway I suggest that you look elsewhere for a nicer place."

"Clean 2bd 1 ba brick townhouses walking distance 2 Ashland Community College as well as Ashland Tennis Center and Shamrock N Continental Liquors as well as Checkers Tanning N Laundry Mat and alot more resturants as well as grocery stores N Planet Fitness.... Parking could b much better. Updating wouldnt hurt a bit either but they will allow u 2 paint n update ur unit to ur liking. Stove Fridge garbage disposals n some units have dishwashers as well n the wshr/dryer hkups makeup the kitchen which is connected to the dining room with sliding glass doors n some units have french doors to the rear of thests which is where the parking is. It has an open concept first floor plan with the living/dining rooms making up the downstairs. At the top of the stairs is a restroom, slightly small but it works, 2 bed, front bedroom being largest with plenty of room 4 a queen or king bedroom set, has 1 walkin closet n 1 dbl door closet with storage area above it, 2nd bedroom is smaller, perfect 4 a roommate situation or even ur children with plenty of room 4 either a full or queen bed or 4 The kids or a kid with room for 2 twin beds or even bunkbeds would compliment this room nicely... Rent & Deposit plus Electric N Water r paid by tenant which includes garbage pickup if u can handle dumpsters, with 4 total on this property. So go take u a look 4 the price they are pretty good!!!"
