"The service was great, very friendly staff. The room was okay. The beds were a tad bit hard, but that is kinda expected. However, they weren't as hard as I've seen at other places, so that plus. But I did wake up to find a random bug in the bed. It wasn't bed bugs or anything to worry about, just a silver fish. Overall not bad for a quick stay."
"WOW! This is a great hotel !!! First of all the kind lady at check-in was kind enough to give a discount because it was Veteran's Day! The room was spectacular! The person preparing the breakfast couldn't have been kinder and never tired of making sure every entrée was filled. With all that, what sealed total satisfaction were the actions of Jessica who was working the front desk. We couldn't get the computer in the business center to work and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure a copy of a document we needed. She certainly didn't have to do that and could have just walked away from our problem, but she made sure we were able to get the copy we needed. Thank you for a great stay and exceptional customer service!!!"
"Had issues when checked in, after waiting for a bit, receptionist got us a key while she figured out the rest. Room was spacious but not the cleanest, stained sheets and pillow cases, desk chair had not been cleaned, it was nasty, and the smell was musky. Need improvements in the room cleaning department. Breakfast was delicious, great options. There also was plenty parking for people pulling trailers."
"Been staying at this property for 12 years now. I have seen lots of staff come and go. I really feel Kristen is making a huge impact on this hotel. She is always available and always takes care of anything that we need. Krista the front desk manager is always a pleasure to talk with and make reservations for our group of guys. The “breakfast lady” I can’t remember her name but she does an outstanding job in the mornings. Love how she does the bacon. Best Holiday Inn bacon in the country. We prob stay here around 35-40 nights a year and never have had a reason to look somewhere else."
"Quiet location and perfect parking for those with trailers. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was great. Odd smell in our room, but it seemed to be just our room. Pet friendly with a fee."
