"( -5 star ) The owners of Western Hill motor lodge or budget inn which ever you want to call it, should have their home burned down and see how it feels to be turned away from a room because their ID was burned up also. One of our tenants had a fire and lost everything except their life. The Red Cross gave him money for a room tonight but after it was called in ahead and set up, he was turned away for not having I’d. I called back to complain with no affect. Please find another motel to stay at and make them close for lack of business. They don’t deserve to operate here."
"It was smelly, the sheets were wrinkled and dingy, so i stayed in my clothes and laid on top of bedspread, the shower knob was gone the bath mat and towel looked like they came from an oil and grease shop. The curtains were halfway hanging and tape and hooks missing, price was 65 plus 5 doller key deposit, but if your in a bad pinch aleast it is out of weather."
"I'm just gonna be honest about this place. It has came a long way with improvements and upgrades. But by no means is it the Carlton lol. You get what you pay for. And by that I mean just that. $60 and no phones in the rooms. No coffee pots in room or office. No cont breakfast... WiFi is ridiculous. But all rooms have been remodeled. Including: new flooring, fresh paint, new mattresses, furniture is newer and nice. Bathrooms have also been upgraded. Staff is very friendly (I guess this is according to how you treat them) but I've had no problems what so ever with them. It is what it is people. Its a roof over your head and a place to chill. Make the best of every situation and life will be more promising. Bet ya"
