"I travel and stay in hotels on average 15 days a month. Choose this hotel because it's next to Casino and has a check out 12 noon. After late night at Casino house keeping starts beating on my door at 9:40 am I said I'm not ready and the blonde lady ran down the hall. 2 hours and 20 minutes before check out. I got ready and checked out and doing so explain what happened. Front desk says that just house keeping making sure you don't stay over. Hmnnnn 2 hours 20 minutes early!! How about 5 minutes after check out time or even at noon knock on door. Don't stay here if you think you can stay full time and staff what's you on their schedule not what you paid for."

"The staff deserves a raise and a pizza party. They communicate well between staff and customers. The rooms were very clean and well managed. New and updated. Definitely will be the only place I'll stay when I'm in the area. Thanks y'all very much"
"Hotel staff were excellent. They handled a situation with a disgruntled guest involving my son. Room was great with the queen. Size beds. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. We will return in the future."
"Overall this hotel is dated. But- it is a value for the $$$ spent. Sadly the pool was not available during our visit!!! That is a big miss for us, because we enjoy an evening dip in the pool. It is close to a gas station and Mexican place, which is within walking distance. It is close to giavonnis pizza and other places to grab a bite. If you are in the area and don't have to be downtown Ashland- this is a great option that saves a goodly amount of $$$ The reason for a 4 is the floors/noise. Every step taken is heard - I would recommend a high floor and will get one next visit!!! Brekkie pics in the morning. The staff did not have any cookies or offer me my waters. The location is next to a busy 4 lane."
