Providence Hill Apartments

"I parked in the wrong place and received a warning. That’s fine. But the warning was a cheap paper sticker that they stuck right in my line of sight on my windshield. (Why not just put it under the window wiper blades?) I could not get it to peel off cleanly and got upset. Took my car down to the main building and told them I needed them to take off the sticker that they put on there. Terry the maintenance man said no several times. Luckily an office worker was sweet enough to clean it. even though it wasn’t her job. The higher up lady in the office just told me it was my fault (that they used a bad sticker?) Terry walked out to his Gator, pulled out his can, and got a big ole chew of tobacco before telling me he wasn’t going to fix it and he drove off, leaving the office girl to do everything."

"I have had nothing but a great experience living at Providence Hill. It is a quiet place that is also kid friendly. The staff is excellent, and I have had no issues with them getting back to me. Most of all, I feel safe here! I would recommend it to anyone."

"Worst apartment ever. Management, leasing agents and maintenance are horrible. When maintenance came in to change out dishwasher since old one broke… took about a month to get a new unit and when they hooked it up, they hooked it up wrong so it leaked into my closet causing mold. Refused to clean the mold off of the walls and carpet. I ended up having to hire and clean the mold myself. “Luxuries” are far from the truth. Avoid like plague. Paper thin walls so you hear children crying and dogs barking all night and day."

"Apartment is overpriced. Luxurious is an understatement… truly just an average apartment. Management never replies to emails or calls, unless over petty stuff. You can hear your neighbors since everything is paper thin. If you enjoy hearing moaning from the apartment below you, then this is your place. Neighbors are the worst (unfriendly and assume the worst). Avoid at all costs (much better opportunities within the community than these over priced “luxurious” apartments)"

"My Mom & Dad moved in Jul'19, Mom lived there for a month or so before finding cancer and being in the hospital and passing. Dad lived there until Dec before he spent over 2months in the hospital and was transferred to a nursing home. We did a 30-day notice in Feb and moved everything out by Mar. There was an early termination fee that I asked to be waived because of the extenuating circumstances. In June (3 months later), I finally got word they understood and would be refunding the deposit. Never got the check. I was told the end of July they were asking for a re-print send of the check. Nothing. Now in Sep, all new people working there and they state that they will not give us the $500 deposit because of the $900 termination fee, and that we actually owe them money, but they will waive what we owe them. Admin at the apartment say they are not allowed to give out info about who owns them or how to get a hold of them. I will ensure that I relate my experience to every single person I come in contact with."
