"Nice place and good neighbors, but towards the end, after I bought a home in Springfield and was slowly getting things moved out, the AC broke (furnace fan failed), and they failed to do anything about it after being asked repeatedly. Finally got myself moved out (that part isn't their fault, that it took me so long), and they never replied to the notice I repeatedly gave, despite my request for confirmation, and they have never paid back any of the security deposit nor even provided an accounting of why they think they shouldn't have to. On the plus side, there was a time when we were out of town and had a large HelloFresh delivery that would have spoiled, and the office person was very kind and brought it in and put it in the refrigerator for us. So sometimes they will go above-and-beyond and sometimes they will just ignore the basics."

"Worst company. Lived in the brand new Sparta communities, dishwasher never worked and was never fixed even after calling, telling them in person to Paul, and leaving a letter in my rent envelope. Needing to break my lease, found a new tenant which they approved but sabotaged them taking over my apartment unit by offering them a discount on a different unit. And will not grant me the release of my lease because the person is not moving into my specific unit. Also rented a different unit that exact same as mine to someone else last week instead of offering up mine first. Took them to court and they lied."
