"We have lived at the groves for about 6 months. We were in a time crunch on moving in. Jahanna was able to have my application processed and approved on day 1 and we were moved in 3 days later! Both maintenance men have been great. We had a garbage disposal issue and they were in that morning fixing it. Jahanna has always been fast acting in every aspect. Sadly our stay has come to an end because we purchased a house but I would recommend the groves to anyone!"

"We are very pleased with our home here! We love the layout of our townhome and the location. We moved in last year and renewed our lease for another year. J'hanna, our property manager, is very diligent and timely in keeping residents informed of any services, activities and/or needed notifications via email and written communication. In person, J'hanna is very approachable and professional in her demeanor. She has been quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues we've had. I have nothing but positive comments to say about Rick(Maintenance Manager) and JR (Maintenance Tech). Both demonstrate a high level of proficiency in various areas of maintenance. They are prompt and efficient in repairs and pleasant to deal with. Rick is excellent in his follow up (post-repair) to make sure repairs are satisfactory or if anything else is needed. JR is, and as I observed when helping to fix our garage door, very respectful and polite in speaking with residents. Again, we are very pleased with our overall experience here at the Groves @ 665!"
