"All was great til we got moved not a friendly community at all especially when you have dogs neighbors we had frowned upon any barking they had dogs as well but used that no bark plug in so sad and had cops called first time moving in grove city has a bark ordinance we have hound mixes well behaved and saw we were few in the community that picked up poop goose poop everywhere and when we moved in we found out we had no manager just fill ins we could not get out mailbox keys for over two week almost 3 and when we had to pay rent late due to hack from our account they acted fine about it took the rent and not knowing they filed eviction against us very poor management I do not recommend staying here worst experience we had dealing with any management and when we got a new manager she was very unfriendly making harrassing calls asking if I was leaving the property the next day I was clueless since we did pay rent to the office she claimed she never got it and went to court over it we moved out with nothing on our record took hours to mediate between our attorneys so word to the wise if you have to pay late better not better find a backup plan to make sure it’s in the first or you could be secretly evicted from management company. And the apts are thrown up so quick it’s cheaply done we had plastic dishwasher that shook so bad not in place and rubber seal wasn’t on correctly causing water to spew my finance fixed it and half bathroom floor was already bowing uneven I came from a kind neighborhood we looked out for each other not here everyone keeps to themselves and very unfriendly and a lot of dogs off leash shockingly through property our neighbor was one of them under and next door not safe at all. No rules enforced expcept management getting their money on the first which in my opinion was extremely over priced for what you got."

"Friendly customer You guys are just wonderful. Most helpful group I've ever met, especially after my medical problems and allowing me to move for the third floor to the first without any problem. Thanks so much! It's a joy to be living at Beulah place apartments and you people make it a pleasure. Thanks so much again. A wonderful experience compared to where I last rented. Rented in Grove City Recommend this apartment complex without any question"

"I cannot wait to move out of this place!!! I cannot believe the amount of rent I have to pay and have to deal with this amount of problems in a newly built apartment complex! It has been nothing but issues since I have moved in in May 2023, when I first moved in, the outlets were not working, I had to put in 2 work orders and call them for this issue multiple times, they would come in for 3 minutes (I have a ring camera) and they would mark the work order as being completed, but when I came home they still were not working. Then, we couldn't use our washer for the first month we lived here, we had to drag our laundry to ANOTHER UNIT and sit in an empty unit to do our laundry, then they gave us a "new" washer after calling multiple times about having to do this. Now, we're dealing with our walls leaking from all the rain that we've been getting, they came in and took two holes out of the wall, saying the window was not sealed correctly, then changed their statement to the roof is the issue, then they came and "repaired" it and repainted, last night the walls started to leak again!! I have made so many phone calls to the office just to be told to email the property manager because they cannot do anything, I still haven't heard anything back from the property manager, I wrote an email on 1/10/24. They have done absolutely nothing to compensate us for all the issues we've had to endure, it is pointless to call or email them, all they do is not respond at all or when they decide they do want to they give us fake "I'm sorry" and tell us they're going to fix the issue but clearly never do, they just make temporary fixes or say it's fixed when it's not. Having to pay almost $1800 for just rent alone, makes me so frustrated, I regret moving here."

"Don't live here. Seriously, don't. The place is built incredibly cheap. The door into my apartment was missing screws on the hinges and it had such a big gap between it and the door frame that I had an infestation of ants and a huge AC bill. The walls are thin and if you're on the first floor like me you can hear EVERYTHING above you. You're screwed if your upstairs neighbor has a dog. Speaking of. This place is swarming with dogs, many of which who are not trained. We have been chased several times by bigger dogs. The club house is fine. They also get ants super bad by the coffee station so look out. The staff are less than helpful. Only one lady in that whole office knows sort of what's going on. And they must be looking for a maintenance person because NONE of the help requests sent through their portal get done. ONLY IF YOU CALL AND NAG WILL YOU GET ANY FIXES. don't live here. It's not worth the money"

"I am not really a complainer or a review writer, but I received an email requesting me to rate and review Beulah Place, so here goes: I was so pleased with this community when I moved here in July of last year. The close proximity to downtown Grove City, the community gym and pool, the new construction, the walkable neighborhood - all huge perks that made (and still kind of make) the rent worth it to me. Since Memorial Day of this year, however, life here has been difficult. Our air conditioning unit broke two times over the summer, and both times we were left for days with one window unit to cool our entire apartment. (The maintenance men are very attentive and friendly, they were simply overwhelmed by the number of air conditioning units breaking at one time.) During one of the times that a window unit was being put in, our window was cracked, and it still hasn't been fixed. Parking has become a game of chance. I'm not sure if people are storing multiple vehicles here, or if several people are sharing one apartment, but there is a high likelihood that I don't find a parking spot if I arrive home after 8:00. Like, not a single spot. I've had to park at the clubhouse and walk all of the way to my apartment on McGinn - not fun when you're carrying groceries. I emailed management about this but never heard back. The construction right outside our back door has made life a living hell. It sounds like there is a war zone 100 feet away. I work from home and have had coworkers mention the noise numerous times on calls it's so loud. My sister works at night and has had to rent Airbnbs just to sleep during the day - when you pay $1,700 per month in rent, this is absurd. Construction begins at dawn and ends at dusk, and sometimes the workers stay late to drink and hang out in the parking lot, laughing and playing music and not leaving until 9:00. I understand that when you move into a new area, construction is a part of the deal, but I also think that rent reductions should be given to tenants who have to endure the constant noise. After all, don't we all have a right to the quiet enjoyment of our own homes? All in all, Beulah Place isn't a terrible place to live. I'd recommend being very diligent when choosing the location of your apartment, however, and expect a level of inconvenience that doesn't quite jive with the amount of rent that you pay."
