"Desiree is EXTREMELY RUDE. Don’t lease at this property! Horrible management, I was hung up on, not helped. Even though they are old reviews, the 1.8 star property speaks for itself in whole of customer service."

"Moved in in the summer and had to move out two months later due to an adjacent apartment getting bed bugs! Not dealing with that. Although management sprayed for prevention, the infected apartment was very slow in preparation for treatment dragging it out for weeks. Not cool. We had to go. We were told that another building had that 1 family with roaches. I'm good."

"We lived here for almost a year, and couldn’t leave fast enough. Neighbors got bed bugs and we weren’t informed even after we saw them in our unit. Another tenant actually informed us about the problem. We paid our last months rent and left. About a couple months later got a letter saying we left our apartment a mess and tried to charge us for pet damages when we didn’t even own a pet. It was a nice place when we first moved in but after a couple months of management “misplacing” our payments and charging us a late fee it got old quick. It’s sucks because we love the Area."

"This is the WORST place I have EVER lived in. Blamed bed bug problem on me when 2 other tenants had issues before I EVER did. I told him there was a bat in the building and was told to hit it w a broom. I reported my sink being broke at the end of July, has refused to fix it yet. My living room window had a rock thrown thru it and shattered, my son was blamed for it. This past Monday (Sept 17) I received a termination of lease letter. I've had signs for over a yr now to leave and honestly I can't wait to leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"Lived here for a year and couldn’t have gotten out faster. Contacted office manager about bed bugs, was told they didn’t find any so they wouldn’t treat but then they heat treated another apartment in the same building and did probably 18 “bug inspections” AFTER I contacted them. Literally had a pest control person ask me if I’d seen anything and I said yes. He said he didn’t find any. I found a NEST of them in SECONDS after he left. Neighbor found some. They told her it would need heat treated but she would be responsible for paying that because they hadn’t found any prior (CONNECTED UNITS HAD THEM). the neighbor above me overflowed her sink and it flooded more than half of my apartment. Left a message on office phone and also texted and left messages on office managers personal phone because that’s the only way to MAYBE get an answer and I was ignored. The water damage caused the drywall to rot which left a hole that they are now trying to charge me for. They asked for my forwarding address to send me a “bill for damages” and there weren’t any damages when I LEFT that I hadn’t already discussed with them. But when I asked what kind of damages I was told to wait for the bill. I asked for a number to contact someone else about the matter and I was ignored. The 24 hour maintence man on multiple occasions invited himself into my apartment both when I was home and when I wasn’t. They questioned my guests constantly about why they were at my apartment. They accused me of things that weren’t true simply because they messed up a work order and tried to charge me for damage in someone ELSES apartment. This place is TRASH. I know some of the other units have roaches and bedbugs and mice as well. I know other people have had similar issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Especially if you’re a single young woman with kids."
