John, the maintenance person in the community, also helped us with touring the house and going through regular home care tips. For any person looking to rent a home in the grove city community, be VERY aware that AT&T is the only internet provider. We previously had Spectrum and thought we would be able to move with their service but the Spectrum customer service did not know that they don’t provide service here."
