"Hello. I wanted to share my positive experience of living at the Brown's Farm for a year now. I was downsizing from my house to an apartment and it really has not been that big of an adjustment. I feel like there is plenty of living space. The apt itself is very nice and I love that it is a ranch w a two car attached garage. The community is very friendly and I feel safe living by myself and walking my dog. Robin and Flo are great to work with as well as the maintenance guys. Anything that is broken or needs checked out is done in a very timely fashion. No regrets and I signed on for another year."
