"Nice apartments, good location. They can definitely be noisy but that’s from the location (downtown, train tracks, firehouse nearby) rather than the apartment itself. Maintenance and management was always good."

"I’ve lived at Broadway Station for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. So many people warned me that the walls were so thin and you could hear everything your neighbors say so that made me nervous BUT I literally can’t hear a thing and it’s SUCH a quiet place! The management and maintenance is amazing!!! Any time I call with a problem in my apartment (very rare there is), it gets fixed immediately. Maintenance is great on communication and they’re always so helpful/kind. I truly love living here and being downtown Grove City is a plus! Just a walk away from restaurants, shops and bars!"

"We enjoyed staying here while we built a home nearby. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was modern and clean. Loved the balcony off the living area. It was nice to be close to downtown restaurants and activities. Management was extremely responsive to our questions and fixing a small problem we had with the garbage disposal. Thank you Janna and Lauren for being so helpful and making our move to Grove City so easy!!!"

"New construction with good floorplan and no soundproofing. You'll get to know your neighbors habits through their sounds easily. Even a sneeze can be heard! Broadway is pet friendly and that means all green spaces are a toilet. Pet owners regularly let their dogs urinate on the building columns. Management has sent letters asking pet owners for consideration, but hey, when a dog has to go, it goes! Management prioritizes new tenants over established residents. They give discounts for new move ins and raise "fees", not "rent" for existing tenants. Existing tenants still pay more. Their lease states you must give 60 days notice to move out. However, their fine print states that your 60 days actually ends on the last of the month so you'll be gouged for extra rent. If you need short term accommodation this may be for you. Just read everything carefully so you know their lease - which is in their favor. Not recommended overall."
