"Place is poorly manage. If you need anything repairs you better be prepared to reach out multiple times to get it done. Maintenance is half a** when something is needed done. Also if you choose to move in here (which I wouldn’t not recommend) take lots and lots of photos, they will charge you for stuff that wasn’t fixed from previous tenants. They are also good about making up so called damage to charge you for. I highly recommend not living here, not worth the money or head ache!"

"Mason Townhomes has been a pleasant place to live. The homes are clean and nicely appointed. The oversized garage is great for parking and storage. More lighting in the bedrooms and living room would be nice. The property manager is great - very nice and responsive. Being so close to downtown Mason and the schools is also a perk."

"This so called luxury townhome is poorly constructed and has the cheapest of everything throughout. In the living room is a light bulb in the ceiling without a covering. Just a plain bulb for lighting. There are drywall screws popping out everywhere, the LVT snap flooring was placed directly on concrete and it was peeling up in areas, cheap carpet that only gets replaced every 5 years and the paint will show a mark every time you brush up against a wall or touch it. The worst part is the poor ventilation. I had to keep the AC at 70 and have fans on just to be able to comfortably sleep upstairs where the temperature would stay above 76. I had my carpets cleaned the day before my final walk through and because of the poor ventilation the carpet developed a musty smell over the course of that one night and I was charged for replacement of the carpet. I would not recommend moving here if you are looking for something even remotely luxurious. I myself was hesitant on signing but I needed a place quickly."

"Lived here for 18 months. My family loved the place. We are not big into the amenities that others look for. We just need a clean, well-kept, quiet and safe community. The property manager, Cindy J, was very responsive for any repairs or help needed. The place was neat and the neighbors were respectful and quiet during evenings. The place is also near every important places we go to regularly in Mason."
