"I absolutely love this place! Carla is an absolutely amazing person! There is so much for the residents to do here ! They are so attentive and friendly! The maintenance crew is amazing they truly make you feel like you are family ! All of the activities and fun parties and bingo they have it is truly an amazing place ! Anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for your elderly parents I would completely recommend this place! My mother had been there 4 years and loves it!"

"I've been living at Eden Park for almost two years and absolutely love it. Carla, our property manager, is wonderful. She's friendly, professional and efficient in addressing any concerns. My neighbors are a diverse group of ages, backgrounds and interests. There are a myriad of opportunities to engage in a variety of activities, thanks to our enthusiastic activities coordinator. The site is in a perfect location, easily accessible to stores, restaurants and medical facilities. I was searching for a place for the next chapter in my life and couldn't be happier with my choice ."

"Definitely recommend living here. My dad was moving here from Kentucky and we went and toured the complex prior to moving him here. Carla was very nice and hospitable. I was there every day until my father passed and if there was a maintenance issue it was taken care of. The company has accommodations for handicaps. As I read the other reviews, I notice some untruths. The person cleaning the apartments IS NOT a felon! I’ve met some very nice residents there and attended several activities they have. Carla and her employees go above and beyond. Would recommend anyway to stay here! Great community"

"It's a nice location but, the person who cleans the apartments after people leave (she also lives with her mother in same complex) is a convicted felon (4 counts of grand larceny verified on the Butler County website). Would that mean she has a master key? My mother still has possession of the apartment until the end of November and her kids have been cleaning it out. Ms. Cobb has been in the apartment because she has made a statement about the vacuum and spot bot that was left behind (we're still cleaning) and, when we went back in... there was a puddle of water in the kitchen (we did not do). I've called the complex and have left messages but, I have not had a return call. The office phone (another number) has been left off of the hook (multiple tries to call the 2nd number). I'm guessing my only avenue will be to now call corporate."

"This is an awesome place for Seniors. My Mom has been there over a year and loves it. Karla and Mickey are both so amazing and the communication is excellent. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful place for my Mom, and My Two Aunts live there too. Always things for everyone to do in the community room and everyone looks after each other. Cannot say enough great things about Eden Park."
