"HUGE roach problem, bathroom tiles fell INTO wall and “Lowe’s crew” was “promised” to fix and redo whole shower area… was not done by Lowe’s and the issue wasn’t fixed, just covered up. Management is a joke and is skep."
"The property manager. (Joetta Smith) Does not do her job. I have been here 3 years and for those past 3 years I have been promised to be moved up to the top because I live down 31steps with a handicapped daughter and instead of moving me up she has moved other people when and has disregarded any of my request for the rodents and roaches I have mildew in my apartment tile coming up off of my bathroom floor carpet that was here before the previous tenant's. I can't get a place to park this place is just ridiculous there's trash everywhere she's never in the office nothing ever gets done. There's people that break into the apartments break into cars I mean does she just does nothing I would not recommend this place for anybody."
"Great staff and great place to live!!! Helpful, compassionate, and very understanding! Manager goes above and beyond her job every day for all of her tenants, there is no problem to big. I especially love how the property is always clean. I would recommend Twin Gables to everyone!!"
"Maintenance is absolutely terrible here. I went without hot water for an entire month. My dishwasher has now been out for over a week and my fridge is either going to explode or take off with the sounds it makes. Manager is nice if you can ever get a hold of her."
"I love the location and apartment itself but I have had maintenance request going on for 2 years now. I have no usable kitchen cabinets and haven't since I moved in. I constantly leave messages and send emails with no return calls. I haven't had working smoke detectors in a month and have called 5 times about it. Apartments are nice but management and maintenance are absolutely terrible!"
