"I would like to understand the nature of Princeton Square's agreement with Eagle Towing. My car apparently had expired tags - understood that is an issue, and sure it's in the fine print of the lease - but the fact that management authorizes a towing company to come in and take your car with no notice before or after is pretty much shameful in my opinion. I had to call the police to help track down my vehicle. I've lived here for a decent amount of time and have not had any issues, rent is always on time, etc... Just do the next person the courtesy of a heads up. I'm incredibly disappointed by this situation."

"You always hear "under new management"and are leary if seeing negative reviews. I moved in over a year ago and I am telling you in the beginning month it was horrible. The new management , Angela especially and maintenance men , Cambren and Dustin are all amazing! I know I am forgetting a few names and I apologize, all a great team! They cut the grass now every Monday, have been for awhile now. If you have a complaint they literally get to it the next day, and if for some reason they can not fix the issue ASAP, they will always keep you updated and let you know what's going on. I can tell you they do a yearly furnace and fire alarms & Carbon Monoxide checks. I promise folks I used to drive by a year ago or so and see the grass grown over and think, what a dump. I promise a great community now. My furnace just went out and Angie and Samantha insisted on me taking a space heater while I wait on my new furnace. So if you are looking or know of someone who may be moving I highly recommend Princeton Square Apts. V/R Melissa"
