"Not a good place to live. Poor management, the lady never answers the phone. Maintenance never shows up for repairs. The outside is kept clean and beautiful but not the inside. Moldy apartments. My friend was right telling me not to move in there. Didn't listen. We're planning to move out. An apartment complex I don't recommend..."
"I have lived here 2 years and I love it here! The apartments are very nice, management is great, Robin is so nice and she is an animal lover like myself and my daughter, who also has an apartment here. It is quiet and everyone that I have met, with the exception of one elderly tenant lol, has been very nice. It really is a great place to live imo."
"I have lived here for almost a year. I have NO complaints. The property manager Robin is amazing. She is very responsive and makes it her business to make sure the property stays nice and clean. The garbage picks up 3 times a week which is VERY important to me. If you need anything the manager makes sure it is taken care of right away. I love my apartment! My neighbors are great. I don't have one bad thing to say."
"This is the second time in 5 years I've tried to rent an apartment here. It's impossible. The lady, Robin, does not respond to anything. She hangs up on all your calls, she's never in the office. The first time it took me 3 months just to talk to her for the first time. I called everyday, left messages, showed up during office hours almost every day (for 4 weeks) to an empty office. I really don't understand? I received an email telling me to call and that there's availability and that's as far as I can get. She's like some sort of video game boss that can't be defeated. Two years later, same issue. Look into timber hill, people!"
"I used to live here back in the day, and I am just amazed by how much this place has been let go. Poor management is why this apartment complex is steadily declining. Like other reviewers have mentioned, good luck getting the property manager to answer the phone, or even be available in the office as it is locked up with no one there during their posted office hours. The maintenance here is a complete joke also. If you have black mold you get the standard bleach spray (which will damage your carpet and they hold you responsible for). Both the office manager and maintenance man are as rude as they can possibly be. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!"
