"In a cute and safe part of town, 3-5 restaurants directly across the street. Easy parking. Friendly staff, Debbie working the bar was particularly lovely!! Loved ending my work day chatting with her. Great customer service from her, and all around. The menu for dinner was bigger than any other hotel I’ve seen which was great! Delicious too. Rooms clean, can hear your neighbor clearly if you have a connecting room but nothing to complain about. Hotel itself is peaceful and the personal touches are great. There was an adorable calendar in my room with local events/happy hour! Will stay again. Better than hotels in Oxford (where I was visiting for work) and such an easy close drive from there."

"Me daughter and I just stayed at this hotel for a couple days. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Lisa B who was so nice and welcoming. The hotel was super clean and definitely met my expectations!!"

"This hotel is older but we had a great stay. We were here for a gymnastics meet with my daughter. My daughters and I stayed and have to say the resturant was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner there. The servers were so nice and the food came out pretty quick which was nice bc we had to at the meet super early in the AM. This hotel also has a really nice location with some resturants right across from it. We are def going to stay here again and will def be checking out chic cone next door it looks really cool. If you have people over 21 there is also some bars across the street and a bar at the resturant in the hotel. Thanks for a great experience"

"Good location for us right near downtown with free parking. The room size was decent with a king bed, side sofa and desk. Plenty of room for 2, but likely would be cramped for more than 2 in the room. Refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. There is a microwave oven in the hallway next to the ice maker which was, unfortunately, right across from our room, so we had the smells of food cooking (and burning) in the microwave. They do NOT provide automatic room service each day, which is apparently a holdover from COVID. They need to rethink that policy. It may be a money saver for them, but it is no longer a COVID thing, it is a cost cutting thing. Also, my wife has Marriott Elite status, so you would think we would have gotten a room with a river view (half the rooms face the river, half face the parking lot). Nope. We got a parking lot facing room. We asked for an upgrade and were told none were available. Yet they should have automatically assigned a river facing room in advance to us based on status. They would not have had more than 50% Elites staying there, especially on a holiday weekend. So apparently they do not take into account Marriott Elite status when assigning rooms."

"We stayed here for U of Miami drop off. It was pleasant, easy to get to and from the college and clean. The staff were especially great. Lisa from the cafe was inundated the morning that all the families were heading to move in. Her service did not suffer despite being super busy. She was so pleasant, greeted every customer and delivered coffee and food with a smile! Paradise at the front desk helped us resolve a reservation issue and was also super service oriented. It is difficult to find great staff in hospitality since the pandemic and this bunch is outstanding. Well done and thanks for making it a great experience."
