"No privacy if it ain't maintenance waking me up at 9am it's construction if u don't work 1st shift don't live here no sleep or privacy and u want to talk without everyone hearing ur conversation in the hallway don't move here the sub floors are broken and above my apartment I hear the couple above me have sex fight walk around soon as find another place we are moving. hell I've seen people stay as little as 3 days and move out and not care cause it's that bad here. They say they spray for bugs no they just want to be noisy cause I ended up with bed bugs they sprayed my living room and left so I've treated my apartment myself and don't have even a spider this is grows down right rude and if u get hot in the winter maintenance just knocks on ur door says don't waist heat close ur door well if it wasn't 95 degrees it be different but they don't care I have leaks and a big Crack in the frame of my sliding door so there's a draft either way I even showed the maintenance guy he told me to buy a $2 thing of cocking to seal it lol isn't that something u do not me but it's ok I've done their job more than them. With all this being said $700 a month is not worth this place and that's 1 bedroom..."
