"I had the pleasure of living here for a few years. The rooms are quality, the amenities are nice and the people who work there are wonderful. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely fashion. I'd never imagine I'd feel compelled to review a place I lived at years ago, but shopping around for new apartments makes me miss this one. I want to give a shout out to their application process. The floor plans they provide are a cut above, made it much easier to figure out which space I wanted. Listing a rough price estimate on the website without having to contact them and do the whole song and dance is wonderful."

"I love my new apt. at The Grandstone; I've been here a little over a month. The building and grounds are very well maintained; the building is quiet (which I like); Mary and Alex (the leasing staff) have always been kind and helpful; the maintenance staff is very responsive for the couple of minor things I needed. "We love the Grandstone! So much so, we left to go out of country and moved back here. I love the staff, they become friends and are very attentive to anything that comes up. They have underground parking & elevators which is so nice and convenient! My husband loves the fitness center, & the lobby always is stocked with amazing coffee, teas, & hot coco. The business center is easily accessible as well… & the pool!!! It’s so beautiful and well kept. My kids enjoy. The grounds are very maintained! I highly recommend this place. It’s very nicely located to theater, eateries & parks!"

"6 month update ! my first apartment ever, it could not have gone smoother. Alex and Mary care deeply about their community. They take pride in their work and it really shows. Tenants are happy and amiable ! It’s a cozy environment. I really recommend staying here. Simple Maintenance was ALWAYS done within 48 hours. One time my net did not work and someone on call came and helped without any issues. It was very kind of them. All in all , I really encourage you to pick this community! It was a joy to be here ! Worth every penny! You never get a chance to make a first impression again! The Grandstone Apartments for my very first apartments are simply superb. The apartment and the location are beautiful. The staff is transparent and kind. Maintenance is done within a short amount of time. All the staff are friendly and kind. The tenants are polite and there are no weird vibes. I seem to be surrounded by genuinely good people!! The costs are up front and transparent. Payment is easy. Maintenance requests are easy. Pets are allowed ! I have so many new furry friends now! I enjoy living here, a very nice apartment ! I’ve already made a couple of friends living here since moving in June 2020!! Grand Stone should be your first choice in mason !!"

"I love living at The Grandstone apartments! I have lived here for a year and have already renewed again. The Grandstone is, by far, one of the most beautiful apartments I have lived. This community is small, and the neighbors are so great! We are so close to all bars, restaurants, gyms, the highway, and salons. This community has it all! The amenities are fantastic; the fitness center has a little bit of everything you could ever need, they also have a dog park for all the fur babies, and the pool is so relaxing! Even the management is a pleasure to work with from any maintenance requests to general questions, Alex and her team are always a great resource. Also, the staff is always great! Any time we have put a maintenance request in, it usually is taken care of in 24 hours or less. (which is impressive!) I have enjoyed living here; there is no other place I'd rather be."
