"Found this community after living in Mason for more than a decade and I had no idea it was here! Easy access to everything in the area while avoiding all the extra traffic that follows Mason Montgomery. I’ve been so happy with the front office staff & maintenance - I saw a lot of reviews that said people were rude, but the girls have been great at handling any issues I’ve had and no one has ever been rude to me. Maintenance was a little subpar last year, but the new crew they brought on in winter has been excellent at getting things handled thoroughly and quickly. I had a work order last week that was done SAME DAY! Definitely happy to call Twin Fountains home!"

"I am not yet a tenant, but toured the property today after stopping in unplanned an hour before close. Belle at the front office was so warm and friendly, I felt immediately welcomed. The apartments are very spacious, with nice upgrades, and VERY reasonable priced. I’m looking forward to bringing my family back!"

"Community residents are nice, but rent leasing office staff is charging unreasonable water bills, poor maintenance, broken child play area for months, only one trash for whole community which has insufficient capacity, etc."

"A nice neighborhood and nice apartments are ruined by thin walls and zero privacy. Never in my other 3 apartments I’ve lived in have I been able to hear conversations from my neighboring wall. And if you upstairs neighbors, expect to hear every footstep. Thin walls also mean you’re going to need to crank up the heat in the winter. This could have been a great place if they put any budget into actually creating a livable, private space instead of it only looking nice. Not renewing for a second year. Edit to make it one star from two: Clearly the front office doesn’t care about any complaints as I have filed several and yet have heard nothing back from them. I have been told several times that my case is “under review” or “going through their process”. The place looks nice, but I can’t even feel comfortable in my own apartment because I can hear every little thing from my two neighbors on either side and especially my upstairs neighbor. It’s not worth living here and I seriously regret it. Can’t wait for them to charge me extra for blinds that are so cheap they break when you close the door. This place sucks."
