"My grandmother stays at the community and I must say it was the best decision made the maintenance is spot on her heat went out one night at 11 a maintenance man was there less then two hours! The ladies in the office are amazing, very professional, caring and understanding ladies! I would highly recommend this property!"

"Had a maintenance request 10 PM. Raised an online request and also called the emergency service number. Got a call back from service person to understand the issue. After confirming it is safe to live with the problem until morning, he assured it will be resolved. And they worked on fixing the issue first thing in the morning. Great and fast response."

"We had a water leak into our apartment from an upstairs apartment 17 days ago. We called the emergency number due to having water pour through the ceiling. They came and looked at it and did nothing. I had to ask for buckets to collect the water because I had been using my personal pots and pans. They supplied a few. It was then over a week before they came to plaster it. The guy slung plaster on the carpet, the sink in the bathroom, and the cabinets in the bathroom and left it like that. He said he would be back later to sand it and paint. He also stepped in the plaster and left a trail going through our entire apartment. It was another week before he came back. 17 days to be exact. He came and painted the ceiling, but the water stains are still there. It is a very shoddy job. I could have done better myself. And he painted the wall in the bathroom with a different color paint. The walls are white. He painted with a light grey. It looks hideous. The water stains on the bathroom ceiling weren’t even attempted. He left plaster dust and debris everywhere. This is far from “luxury”. And a far cry from professional management. Buyer beware!!!"

"Do NOT rent 4855 #2. Overall, this is a fine apartment complex to live in, but this unit has the worst upstairs neighbors that I have ever dealt with and floods when it rains. We had trash or food thrown onto our patio most days, two separate occasions where we had sewage coming down from the ceiling, and constant stomping and running from above. The only person in management who seems to care is Samantha and she doesn’t even work here full time."
